Adroit mechelec offers a new electrically and pneumatic air operated hacop motorised barrel pump. Model universal uv 560 is a barrel and container pump for handling highly fluid and medium viscous liquids. This pump is designed for both portable and stationary use and hence is ideal for industries like chemical, paints, pharmaceutical, pesticides, engineering, and textile. The pump tube is constructed out of combinations of materials like pp and ss 316. All other wetted parts are made of ptfe or graphite. The uv 560 is available in three different pump tube lengths, ie, l=700, 1000 and 1250 mm. It can be used for 25-litre carboys to any size of containers. Model uv 560 is supplied with yellow ring at the neck of pump tube for easy identification to cover a wide range of applications for which it is recommended. The uv 560 e is supplied with electrical [non-flame-proof] motor operated with 230 v ac supply and uv 560 p is supplied with pneumatic air operated motor operable with 4 to 6 kg/ cm2 compressed air supply. The uv 560 can handle various liquids/chemicals having viscosity up to 560 cp at a maximum rate of 100-litre/min with maximum head of 10-metre of w/c and temperature up to 60oc. The electrical version of uv 560 e weighs only 4 kg and the pneumatic air operated version weighs only 2.5 kg. All pumps are economically priced and readily available. Hacop motorised barrel pumps are also available in ms [chrome] and total ss-316.
